About Eichele Construction
Starting a construction company in the early 90's of Truckee was a leap of faith; one built on ambition, a strong work ethic, and a love for creating something where I could proudly say "I Built That."
The industry then wasn’t what it is today—technology was limited, and everything depended on skill, hard-work, and critical thinking. Being forced to create solutions and problem-solve on a daily basis enhanced my overall skillset, and led to a passion for this work.
I am proud to be from a generation of builders who we're taught on the principles of honing your skill, and delivering only quality craftsmanship.
Flash forward a couple decades, and I have gained a deep respect for the building process and a comprehensive understanding of its intricacies. From hands-on craftsmanship to project management, I've learned the ins and outs of the industry, shaping my expertise and appreciation for quality construction.
